Great product! Was a bit concerned since some reviews said it can be difficult to grasp and hold, but as a female beginning grill user, I find this massive flipper to be great for everything, from burgers and steaks and fish.

I bought this for my dad for Father's Day along with the other BBQ set Brookstone offers. We don't live in the same state so I haven't seen it but my Dad called to tell me about it. He was blown away by the solid construction. He banged it on a table "hear that" he says. It's crazy sturdy, real quality. I was so happy. He only cooked burgers on the grill before this because he said it was difficult to flip other meat or lift it off successfully. This is a best BBQ tong you will ever use. It works for the standard burger but it truly excels for turning things like fish, steaks, and chops. With practice, you can flip and remove three burgers at a time. Constructions is sturdy so I expect it to last for many years.

It's a little too big... We do mostly burgers and chicken breasts and it's overkill. It would be nice for ribs or steaks. It's also hard to store because it's so big. And my wife finds it difficult to use, because it requires two hands for her to hold it closed.

We enjoyed the turner tong. The only thing negative is that it was hard to get bottom part of the tong underneath your meat to turn it. Otherwise, it's a great addition to have if you frequently grill out.
