I bought this for my mother in law who lives in England. Unfortunately she wasn't able to use the keychain because the software will not display correctly on her small computer screen. The software will load, however it wont resize to fit the screen. I was a little bummed it didn't work for her, but I kept it for me and I love it.

This made a great father's day present for a techy dad. It was easy to upload pictures, and display. Everyone thought it was a fantastic find! Instead of wrinkled wallet photos you had fresh up to date photos of our little one. However, within 2-3 weeks of the key chain being pulled in and out of my husband's pockets, the chain fell off, and the screen was scratched. Now it sits on his desk..unused! So it is a great concept, but the exterior does not hold up to normal use. It might work better for someone who was not putting keys in their pocket.

Very disappointed with this device. I was hoping to have an entire album of photos. The pics are small and not easily seen. The battery life is not as long as advertised.

Great for bringing your favorite pictures on the road with you for sharing. The software doesn't seem that friendly and doesn't seem to allow you to update just one or two pics or add just a few pics while deleting others. Unless I'm not "getting it", it seems that you have to pick your new pics as a whole new group and delete the old set every time you want to update the bunch.

Mine does not display in color and the face of it is scratched beyond belief! Since it's a key chain, your keys clang on it all the time, and it gets beat up in your purse, etc. You can hardly see through the screen now. Love the concept but this design is not the answer for this.

The picture was blurry so only face pictures really looked good but it was a cute idea to carry around pictures of the grandchildren etc. however, it broke within a month.

I had previously order one of these from QVC. When getting it we were very disappointed as it did not work properly and seemed to be inferior construction and quality. Afterwards, I saw one a friend had from Brookstone. It was much better quality and the price was not that much different. I ordered it and have been very pleased. This is a great gift for a mom, grandparents, or a to-be mom.

Gave as gift to "Grandma" - easy for me to use, but the software for uploading photos might be difficult for her. It is easy to use ONLY if you have your photos already selected and grouped together in one file location before you transfer them, not easy to use if you have to search for the photos you want to load.
Design is attractive and feels like quality construction, but the image quality is low, probably due to the small file size required to allow loading of multiple photos.
I would prefer a product that allowed me to simply install my own "mini-SD" or "micro-SD" card to display them, avoiding the need to use special software to load the photos. This would be simpler to use, plus be cheaper to construct without an internal hard drive capacity. Cards could be sold separately.

I liked the ability to load several photos. I actually purchased two, one for wife and one for grandma. The problem i have with the design is the link between the keychain and the unit is weak and comes loose, causing the unit to fall and hit the ground, not the keys(usually). These gifts were mother day gifts and have since not been used, so i spent approx [$] (for two) and they lasted a few months, not a good investment.

I loved this product - until the screw failed to hold the keychain together and within 2 weeks it fell off and I lost it. I like the idea of being able to detach it, but not at the cost of it falling apart

good product for the money
The Digital Photo keychain is an impressive, innovative way to share and travel with your favorite memories. On a key chain with metal keys the screen tends to get worn and I would love to see a "tiny" leather w/ stitching or vinyl case as an accessory.
I just had a baby and was given this keychain as a gift. I love that I always have pictures of my baby with me because it is on my keychain. No more, "Oh, I don't have any recent pictures on me."
