I didn't buy this for the pen, in fact, I don't even know if the pen part writes well.

I bought this so that I could have my own personal fan no matter where I am. It's pretty amazing that such a little fan can create a good breeze.

The only drawback is that you have to hold the button down to keep it going. Otherwise, it has saved me from overheating in many instances.

Carry some extra batteries just in case.

I work at a bank that is nothing but windows...it gets very warm in my work place. This pen is great because not only can I write with it but I can also use it to cool down.

I love this pen! I love the "fat" grip of the pen. The little fan works surprisingly well. I have a very warm office and the pen provides a nice little breeze in my face. The only disappointment is that it has a 2" ink refill and I can't find them anywhere.
