I live in South Florida where its warm year round. Candles & fireplaces tend to heat up the house that is with a/c 24/7. These candles are nice because I can enjoy the ambiance (very realistic)that up until now only a real flame could provide.

This product is great! I love that the candle looks good AND smells good. The scent is just right, not too strong or anything. It's wonderful if you live in a condo and candles aren't allowed or if you have children.

Brookstones Flameless Scented Wax Candles are great for people like me who love candles but want a safe alternative, especially with kids around. Bought 2 more as gifts and both recipients loved them. Might try the Vanilla next!

I love to burn candles but do not like the mess of melting wax. Also, I have cats in my household, and with these candles, I do not have to worry about kitty's tail catching on fire or having a burning candle get knocked off the table. I love that I can "light" them and still feel safe falling asleep while they "burn"!! They look VERY real. I will be buying more for me and to give as gifts.

This candle looks and smells so "real" my mom was afraid of my kids knocking it over at a party. But it's perfectly kid-safe because there's no flame! I bought two sets of these candles for Mother's Day gifts. When I saw them - and smelled them - I had to buy another set for myself. With cats in the house, candles are hard to have around. This is the perfect substitute. The fragrance is just strong enough to add a light accent to the room without overpowering it. The way the light flickers within the wax well is extremely realistic. If optional pillar holders were offered, this would be the absolute perfect gift - for others or for yourself.

Works well. Light flickers realistically. It the candle is elevated so that you cannot see the small lights, you would think it is real.
