Used to have dedicated AC-powered window candles, then we downsized into a small house without windowsills, forcing us to invest in new candles that came with window brackets. Seemed like a good excuse to get the new LED technology. These candles look nice enough (I've seen nicer, and I've seen a LOT worse), and the bulb has a pleasing yellow tint..but they do not throw much light. Strictly decorative. No complaints so far, about 1 month into the first set of batteries and still going strong.

Product is convenient to set up and take down since no extension cords are needed. Batteries lasted thru the season. Wish the light was brighter but the color is warm and attractive.

The candles are easy to install and are held securely in place by the window as it is closed over the windowsill bracket. The design is very attractive and a great improvement over my old corded plastic window candles.

... or in this case, just add batteries. Insert the batteries and place in the window. They do the rest... on at dusk, off at dawn. No need to remember anything, nothing to do. The LED bulb is very realistic, energy efficient and the candles make very attractive decorations for the holiday season. I bought enough for the whole house.

We LOVE our new candles because of the safety factor. They come on at dusk and go off in the light of day. Since they are "locked" in the window sill, our dog can not knock them over and break the bulbs or break the whole lamps! We had seen them in the fall catalogs that first showed Holiday items. Ordered them when I first saw them on sale. Would recommend to everyone!!!

I wanted to use the candles on the interior of my windows along with some white lights we decorated the outside of our home with. The color of the flame was too yellow and clashed with our white lights on the exterior of our home so we didn't use them as planned. I'd recommend them for use on their own.

I've long been a fan of the tradition of putting a candle in every window, but could never find the right product to make it happen in my house. I don't have window sills, and I didn't want to buy those extra suction cup holders. These one-piece units are held in place by your window, no brackets needed! (And don't worry about them fitting in newer windows... the metal holder bends just enough so they can accommodate different window ledges and such.) And the cordless thing is great -- who has a free outlet next to every window in their home? And if you're like me, you often get home after it's dark. You don't have to run around turning all the candles on (or off the next morning). So these candles are PERFECT for me; you put them up once with fresh batteries, and then you forget about them. They do all the work from there. Voila! Instantly festive house.

These candles are exactly the same as those available on other Web sites, but at a much better price. Use premium alkaline batteries and you'll get about 2.5 weeks of bright light... . Very neat look since there are no wires, and you don't have to worry about electrical or fire hazards from a pet knocking the candles over.

Unlike candles that sit on the window ledge, these LED window bracket candles stay secure, even when the blinds are closed. The LED bulbs give a soft glow that adds to my other Christmas decorations.

The light bulb color is not a bright white but a dull off white which is the only thing I didn't like about the product. Also it doesn't shine as bright as a plug-in candle light.

As someone with no windowsills, these candles are perfect. You simply close the window on the bracket and you're set. My only complaint is that the bulbs don't match the window swag bulbs that I also ordered from Brookstone and you cannot order just the replacement bulbs.

I use the bracket candles in windows that do not have a large enough sill for regular candles. I like the cool-running LED lights, which means I don't have to worry about the curtains catching on fire. The brackets did not exactly fit my window frames, but they were easy to bend to fit.

The candles are easy to set up on the windowsill and give off a nice amber light. They look very nice in the windows and give my house that extra shine it needs during the holidays. The batteries lasted about 2 weeks, which wasn't too bad.

I had searched for this in many stores, with no luck. The window hold design is nice. It lasted along time without a battery change, and it was a beautiful touch to the exterior decor. I was overall pleased, but would have liked it to be just a little brighter from the street view.

Even though these are so easy to put up and forget about, I have yet to find a battery operated candle that compares to an electric. These give off litle light.

We were pretty happy with these candles. We put them in our windows about 10 days before Christmas. We have very old windows but the brackets worked fine with them. The LED bulbs weren't quite as bright as I would expect LED bulbs to be and as of now (the 4th of January) they seem to be getting even dimmer. But I guess the AA batteries can only last so long. Was also surprised by the very "amber" color of the light. The picture doesn't quite give you the right idea of the color that these bulbs put out.
The sensors work really well, turning them off and on with the sunrise and sunset.
All in all, pretty happy.

I had a candle in every window in my house. They were long lasting and came on automatically at dusk as promised. The only room for improvement would be a brighter white bulb rather than the dull amber color.

You WILL need to customize these to fit your windows. They are not very bright. They look very dim from the street view which was disappointing. On a positive note, you are not constantly replacing batteries. You also don't have to worry about them falling off the window ledge or looking for a plug. They are just ok.

I have narrow windowsills for my Christmas candles and these candles fit right onto the window. They are made very well and light up at dark just like they are supposed to!

Concept is good, but if you have replacement windows, some have a ledge on the front of the window which makes it difficult to position the candles.

I have the Cordless LED Window Bracket Candles Placed in my 2 North Windows. And the Outdoor LED Christmas Window Candle and Swags in the West Front Windows. The Cordless LED Window Bracket Candles I have outside the windows. They’re working great. No problems and we have had two major ice storms here. I especially like the brackets provide some flexibility when installing. The brass bracket easily takes the shape for needed for the window of chose. Also, the light sensor is wonderful. They come on look warming and go off and all I have to do is enjoy them. The neighbors find them so attractive.

If you have the kind of window, double hung with no extra weather stripping etc on the sash or frame edges it will be wonderful. Unfortunately, some Pella double hungs have a little extra piece that prevents closing the window. Too bad. They seem to be a great idea.

The LED candles are great in that they will run forever on a pair of AA Batteries Turn on and off with the sun and look really nice from the inside. Unfortunately when viewed from the outside at night, they appear to be regular bulbs that have weak batteries. At first I thought that we had old batteries until I realized that all 3 candles were the same. I do not know if any of the LED candles are any better though, it may be an artifact of LED candles.

i was so excited to receive these, but, when i tried to put one in our windows, i found that the bracket goes straight up from beneath the closed window, allowing no space for the lip at the bottom of our vinyl-clad replacement windows. i'm not sure what i'll do with them--it might be too late to return them--but if i had windows that could accommodate them, i'd definitely use and love them! battery operated, led bulbs, nice design, cordless (important in our house of dogs or if you have kids).

Although I L-O-V-E the concept of these candles, they were not as bright as I had hoped. I was under the impression that the color would be white and turned out to be more orange-yellow. It didn't fit with the lights we already have, so I returned them.

The candles are real pretty but even with fresh batteries, they are not bright. I bought 18 (for all my windows) and wish I bought the plug-in ones instead. I do like them, they are just not as bright as I would have wanted.

I ordered 12 of these for my windows for Christmastime - the description states that they will fit in any window in your home. However, we have replacement windows with a lip and these can not fit in any of our windows. I tried to bend the metal piece in all different shapes (thus ruining one) in an attempt to make it fit with no success. I had hoped to purchase high quality lights so that I wouldn't have to think about them again for years and instead, I'll be running around between Thanksgiving and Christmas to return/exchange these and find new lights.[...]

Disappointed that did not fit my common replacement double hung window. Top quality item. Look at picture carefully and make sure you have that style window.

I purchased several of these candles and about 1/2 of them work. The bulbs are also not the same color some are yellow and some are orange.

Looks lovely in the window. Sleek & stylish. I chose to trial it in the 2 story foyer window which made it very inconvenient to change the batteries. Plus the battries only last approximatley 2 months (in the summer.) I will purchase electric led in the future vs. battery operated.If placed in accessible windows it may be worth purchasing.
