We got this leash because our dog is dark in color. The area where we walk her is not well lit at night. It's great because it alerts drivers in the area that we are on the road.

I use the light-up dog leash every night when walking my dog. Several neighbors have asked where they can purchase this product. They were very impressed by the visibility of the leash, thus providing safety not only for my pet but for myself. I highly recommend this ingenious product.

We walk every night with our dogs; perfect during the night--extremely visible. Leash is heavier than expected so would recommend on larger dogs. The wristlet can be a little larger; hand unit is great. I would purchase again.

We love this product because it makes our dog so visible at night and increases the safety of walks during the darker times of year. We decided all of our families' pets needed this leash to keep them safe!

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter-in-law. She and her husband have a chocolate lab named Kodi (very active lab). My daughter in law walks Kodi every night and she was tickled to get the leash as a gift.Said she always takes a flash light with her but the green lighting on the leash is probably safer and more visable.
Note: I don't own a pet myself
