My husband tends to snore in the dry winter nights - this humidifier has pretty much alimenated that problem. I have asthma and he also has dry skin and it's been alleviated by using the humidifier nightly. Even my cat loves it (he has itchy dry skin as well. The blue light takes some getting used to but it's not bad. If it was a bit smaller (to fit on a night stand with your other normal stuff) it'd be 5 stars

I like to use it during the new england winter when the dry air really makes my skin dry and my lips get really chapped. I keep it on my bedside table so that the cool steam falls right on my face. My face is more moisturized and my lips feel so much better. I can tell the difference! I keep it running all night (fill it up and set on high will run for approx 8 hours).

The only thing I find is the blue night light is too bright.

The mist feels dry to the touch and the surrounding area underneath the humidifier doesn't feel moist in the morning unless you turn it to high setting. Even then the moisture accumulation is minimal.

it's lightweight and easy to use. However, I was annoyed by the blue nightlight which you can't turn off.
This would be perfect for a small child's room.

For the people who are giving this a bad rating due to the blue light:
If you cannot figure out how to unscrew the housing and unplug the light, you should learn to pick up a screw driver.
Anyone turned off by the "blue light problem", don't be! It literally took me less than 2mins to twist it off the circuit board. Utterly easy! If you can't do that, god help you.

I needed a small unit for a studio apartment and it works well for that purpose. The adjustable settings is a great feature.
Although the description says "Great for use on a night stand at your bedside", I found it a little too big to fit on my night stand along with the lamp, alarm clock, etc. Also, the night light is a little too bright for my liking.

this is a good ultrasonic humidifier. it's small & portable. the light is so bright that i have to cover it up or it would be difficult to sleep - it would be good if there was an option to have the light on or off.

I needed a humidifier that didn't over power one bedroom and this product was perfect. I switch the humidifer to different rooms...it is very light in weight. Runs for quite a while before needing to fill.

I bought this product because as a very light sleeper, I wanted something very quiet. I got the quiet part, but I also got a very bright night light that is not able to be dimmed nor shut off.

This product is very quiet and doesn't take up a lot of space. It does a nice job of adding moisture to the air. However, it makes the room much too light for sleeping--I can actually read without another light. I completely enclosed the water tank with black cloth tape and it can still be a night light. It is also hard to fill, and will I'm sure be hard to clean as a result.
