Combination of feathers and down are great together. Soft but holds its shape when fluffed (or how I like to use it, doubled over in half to make it twice as thick). Order one size bigger than your bed (e.g. king sized pillow for a queen bed) -- you won't regret it. Only con is occasionally a feather pokes through, but I've never owned a feather pillow that didn't.

I was dissapointed in this pillow. It didn't have the loft that it was described to have. I couldv'e just stuck with my old pillow.
