The mirror came separated from the plastic which was embarassing since it was a gift. Once we "re-stuck" the mirror back in its place we havent had any problems. This product works great in our master shower & my boyfriend loves the fact that it is magnified & holds his razor. I was concerned with the quality after opening the box, but so far so good!
The unit works well for shaving in the shower.
I've been using this product(s) for about 4-5 years, great for shaving, however as others have posted the suction cups looses it grips. Plan on replacing once a year because it will fall and break. But at the [$] price point for a great shave it's worth it.
I find it easy to use. The mirror makes a significant difference when you don't have to wear reading glasses in a foggy bathroom.
Good product. The first one just died.
Works great, sometimes scary in the morning because it magnifies so well!
Simple to use
this mirror stays clear compared to others
Works great.

This is the last product you will ever have to buy. This fogless mirror is so much more than the title suggests. It is a life saver, a friend, a comfort, a joy to me and my family. I don't know where I would be if it was not for this item. It is the only thing that keeps me going and for that I am eternally grateful to its mirrored goodness. Thank you Brookstone. Thank you
it will fog up after a week or so but i keep a bottle of windex in the bathroom closet and spray it on the mirror before turning the water on and have found it to not fog at all and it stays clean and bright.
If you hang this with the suction cups (I didn't try the tape), you can rotate the shelf to be *above* the mirror or *below*. If you put the shelf *above* the mirror, the whole thing can *fall* after a while. And it starts to fall sooner and sooner after putting the mirror back up. This seems to be an effect of age or the suction cups getting dirty. I tried cleaning the wall and the cups to improve suction, and I don't know if this mattered, or if it was possible for me to do a good enough job, as the mirror continued to fall. *However*, if you change your config to have the shelf *below* the mirror, as I did, the mirror stops falling. If you really want the shelf above the mirror, as I did and would still prefer, you have to consider that the suction cups may not hold it this way after a while, and maybe you should try the tape. Also, the item comes with one cleaning wipe that I made the mistake of not noting the web site listed on the wrapper so that I could get more wipes to continue cleaning the mirror (the wipe will come apart like a paper towel after repeated uses). So, if you get this mirror, *note the web site* before tossing the wrapper, [...]
