I love the towel! It is incredibly soft as well as being incredibly absorbent! My only complaint is that I think it shrunk a little. It still is big, but I would have liked it bigger. I would recommend this towl to everyone.

I have compared many towels over the past year and by far the BYT is the best towel for the money. This includes towels from fine department stores and other speciality stores. The BYT is softer and wicks the water from your skin without rubbing. It gets better with each use and while some customers stated that it stayed damp longer, I think that may have been the pure soft texture of the towel; as it does not dry stiff like many cotton towels. With regard to the price, you get what you pay for and this towel is worth the price and is still comparable to towels found at fine department stores. I plan to buy several full sets, plus extra bath towels as they are an excellent investment based on the quality of the product.
They will also be gifts to family as a very practical gift that I am sure will be appreciated.
If you are not sure, I suggest you buy one bath towel and try it for a month and see if you do not agree on the great quality of this product.

I would not normally spend this much on towels but we were tired of our $10 towels not surviving the dryer. These towels are so soft I just want to wear them around the house. They soak up water very quickly and they dry fast enough that we can take 2-3 showers in one day and use the same towel.

These towels are wonderful; silky, soft, absorbent. Brookstone has a better color palette than some other bamboo towel vendors. My only complaint is that when I ordered what I assumed would be matching rugs (bamboo, in the same color name), the rug color did not match the towel.

These towels are soft - softer than any other towels I've used. They are absorbent, but they don't dry as well as 100% cotton towels. Instead of the towel rubbing against the surface of your skin, picking up water, these towels have a tendency to slide over your skin - so they miss much of the water. Its hard to describe the feeling. Unfortunately, even though these towels are soft as silk, I've reverted back to 100% cotton.

I love these towels for all the reasons they were advertise for. Each time I use the bath towel it's always warm. How that is I don't know but I do know that I love this product.

I have tried many ways to get rid of that mildew smell your towels get after awhile. No matter what the suggestion I haven't been able to until now. The bamboo eliminates this - I have finally saved myself from constantly buying towels to replace those that look good, but just plain smell. LOVE THIS - don't know why more people aren't aware of this...

Usually I don't spend a whole lot of money on towels. I have had my eye on these though since the concept of adding bamboo to both towels and sheets appealed to me. I knew it would make them strong and durable, but my concern was shrinkage.
After several washings now, I can say affirmatively that they are a wise investment. I purchased two white bath towels and two aloe colored. My first impression when they arrived was they were thinner in texture than I had expected. This disappointment quickly left however, when I saw that each washing fluffed up the fibers even more. Since I throw these in the dryer after each wash, I can not say how they would look after line drying them.
Overall I would say if you are looking for towels that are strong, soft and full of gorgeous color, consider these.

These towels are absolutely the best ones I have ever purchased! I use them as everyday bath towels. They absorb the water better than plain cotton towels, don't have an odor after several uses and they are very durable. Best of all, they are super soft and comfy. Just expected more after reading the reviews. These are nice towels, but at the price, maybe a little too dear. They are pretty soft, which is nice. But the thickness was less than expected. They dry nice, but no more than other premium towels we have owned.

These towels do feel very expensive. However the hand towels were a bit smaller than I expected for the price. If I didn't have a gift card I would not have spent this much money on hand towels. Overall the towels are very nice, and I really like them.

I used these towels in my master bathroom and they are wonderful. I could not believe how soft they were, much more then a regular cotton towel. The color options are so bright and bold. I must say though the key factor in me purchasing these towels, and the reason why I enjoy them so much is the fact that they are antimicrobial. After a few uses they do not get the musty order like normal towels do. It is great for every day use. I would definitely recommend them, they are a great purchase.

I was a little hesitant about ordering these. Who would think that bamboo bath sheets would be much softer than high quality cotten? They are so soft and like silk on your skin. I love them!

When we redecorated our master bath, we purchased dark brown towels from a local linen store. To our dismay those towels did not absorb water at all, and constantly shed all over our bodies and bathroom floor, even after many washings. We continued searching and purchased 2 other brands of towels -- they did not have the shedding problem, but they were non-absorbent. Then I found the Brookstone bamboo towels online, with 35 glowing reviews as to how soft & absorbent they were! We purchased a set of towels and we really love them! They are not as thick as most towels on the market today, but they are perfect for us because they are soft and actually dry us! I do think they are too expensive though, and perhaps that is because bamboo towels are relatively new and they will go down in price later. When they do, we'll purchase several more sets.

This is the best towel I have ever used. One wipe and you are dry! Bamboo really makes a difference. I had no idea it would be so much better than a cotton towel.
