I frequently sit for many hours at my computer. Before I got this cushion, my lower back would lock up and I would experience considerable pain lasting for days. I tried other cushions, even gel cushions, without success. I wrestled with myself over paying that much but it was my last hope. It turned out to be a winner. My back now feels 100% better. My one suggestion is that it be made a tiny bit thicker, say one and one half times as thick as it currently is. Everything else about it is just right. I like the handle on it, as I can hang it up by the computer where it is always handy. This is a great product.

This is an improvement on a car seat, however tends to hold heat, and kae you more sweaty in hot environments.

I believe a slight wedge shape would be more useful. A supplementary lumbar support strapped in place also might be useful for lots of people. The carrying handle is a nice addition that comes in handy when we go to restaurants.

leather seats in the car are hard to sit on when going on long journeys. This seat is soft has a nice feel, like sitting on a soft air-pillow.

I have difficulty sitting for long periods of time at my desk. My thought was that if it worked in the car it should work at work. It does, I have had several coworkers ask me about it and they too thought it was comfortable.

THIS IS A GOOD PRODUCT. IT'S A LITTLE SHORT FOR MY STANDARDS IT DOESN'T FIT THE FRONT SEAT OF THE CAR. ALTHOUGH MY WIFE LOVES IT SHE TAKE EVERYWHERE SHE GOING TO BE SITTING, SHOWS, CAR, BALLGAMES, ETC.

This was a gift for my father who is diabetic and has difficulty sitting for hours at home. I am a licensed occupational therapy assistant and advised him that I use gel cushions for all my patients in long term care and he should try a gel custion. He loves this cushion. And it will benifit him more after his next surgery.

I bought this for my husband who suffers from right sided sciatica and drives long distance on a daily basis. He uses it for his truck and has found that his pain has decreased to minimal since he's been using the cushion! He finds it very comfortable as well.

I bought this for my husband whose profession is sedentary, and needs the comfort for sitting for long periods of time. We used the gel seat on our drive back home from the holidays and it made the 20+ hours go by a lot more easily. It felt strange at first, but after about 10 minutes on it you forgot it was there. Sit on to relive pressure from sitting in a car to long. Seems to work well for that but when you get out of the car if sticks to you and falls off the seat and out of the car. This is a pain.

I bought this cushion as a gift for my father. He travels long distances for work in a couple different cars. He is the hardest person to buy for. I bought a Tempur-Pedic cushion first. It was compfortable but my legs still got numb on long drives so I purchased this cushion and it works. It moves around a little but that is a small price to pay for the comfort it gives me on drives over, say, 30 minutes.

Purchsed for mother as gift and gave to her early due to persistent pain sitting. She adores it! Have been on search for proper bum cushion for her for years and this I suspected was "just another one". Was so wrong. She says all she has to do is move slightly if uncomfortable and pain goes away. The gel allows for all day comfort as it doesn't flatten like the other cushions have. After the holidays, she will have a total of 3 for desk, dining, and traveling. Shhhh, she doesn't know.

No leg cramps or leg pain in my two five-hour trips. Back pain reduced. I haven't yet tried it on longer trips so I'll reserve judgment on that. Still, this is the best thing I have tried yet, so absolutely recommended.

This cushion stays on the seat well. The gel remains flexible and provides a great cushion for a too hard car seat. It has a handle for carrying and would also work well in hard airplane seats.

I use my comfort gel seat every day:in my car whether I am the driver or not; sitting at the table eating meals; and as I sit and write.
Comfort gel seats are great because they provide immediate relief from hip pain.The seats are easy maintenance and light weight making them feasible to carry where ever you go. Too, I like the soft fabric handle that is attached to the removable cushion cover.This promotes ease of handling as well.
There is only one change I would make;that is the vinyl side. It does peel.
