We needed to get our road bikes out of the house, but keep them out of the weather. We also do not have tons of space...the quad bike rack is perfect.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
space saver...one suggestion would to have some kind of way to better secure the bike to the hooks...possibly simply giving them a deeper hook or button strap. The hooks are fine if only adults in the house but children bump into the bikes they tend to move very easily and I worry about them falling.
