It helps to stay on track on a daily bases. It also keeps you going "that extra mile" when you feel too tried and want to stop. Seeing your daily progress is a great motivator.

My husband is working to lose weight and he can never remember to put on his pedometer in the morning. He needs to wear a watch everyday and this pedometer watch is the perfect solution!! It looks good for an everyday, casual watch and it's a great reinforcement tool for him. He sees how many steps he's walked, his total distance for the day and how many calories he's burning. He really likes it and it's helping him stay motivated to get in shape!! And, it works as a watch too. It took a few minutes to program the watch for the first time but that is the only drawback we've seen so far!

The pedometer watch fills every purpose beautifully but should be offered in a men's and women's version. Women typically have smaller wrists and this watch would have been more appealing if it had been smaller, too!

It was a HUGE hit with my uncle who had open heart surgery the Christmas before and needs to walk everyday to stay healthy.

I have tried several waist clip on pedometers and have been unhappy with all of them. They just did not have the accuracy this watch has. I am using this watch to assure myself I do 10,000 steps a day and keep it on my wrist all day. I have used a women's pink watch pedometer but was unhappy with it's accuracy so I purchased this one in place of it.
