The frame is very nice, but the photo was not positioned in the frame as well as it should have been. On the logo on the upper left, the top part of the letter "B" was not visible. Also, a halogram is pasted on the photo that you do not see on the sample picture. It is about the size of a quarter, iridescent and cannot be removed. On my photo, the halogram completely covers Ortiz's left hand. I did take the picture apart to reposition the photo so the entire letter "B" is showing, but there is nothing you can do about the halogram. I spoke with the company and was told that the halogram must be on all official MLB memorabilia. I suggested they position it closer to the left side of the border so it doesn't catch your eye so readily.

Certainly a unique gift, however, the construction is lacking. It appears to be a simple computer print out. On top of that, it isn't even printed on photo paper- it's on regular paper. I am truly disappointed that Brookstone would produce and sell, (not cheaply, I might add), such an inferior product.
