    This is the second bench I have purchased in 5 years. The first one (Not like this one) fell apart after 1 year. This one seems to be much better constructed and it was really easy to put together. Time will tell but I already can tell that it's better quality.

    This bench was bought by my business to sit on, a lot. The top is made from panels, like the front, and they do not seem very sturdy. Also, this isn't meant to store anything much heavier than cushions. The bottom is not solid. It has an open weave of wood. The bench looks nice enough, but is only meant to use lightly.

    We purchased this item (and its furniture cover) about 2-3 years ago. We kept it outside on our deck against our house (in VA) year-round and kept the furniture cover on it when not in use. This year the cover rotted so we went without. With less than one year of being exposed to the outside elements (sun and rain), the top is now splitting and falling apart despite the product description. [...] I would not recommend this product unless you would be keeping it in a covered location.
