I love the product because being health conscience, I know the benefits of most of the functions that this chair performs. The things that could be improved, are the manual settings which should allow one to program for personnal time sessions; also, the colors for this particular chair should come in more complementary colors.

I cannot think of anything bad about it. It may look little pricy but worth every penny. Everyday I spend at least one hour on it after work or exercise. It is better than hand massage. This chair takes care of your neck, back, arms and legs. Best of all, you don't need to call for appointment. Just turn it on and enjoy.

Massage Chair Feedback

There are back cushions, but I don't use them. I find that I get a deeper massage that way. I just wish that the chair could go lower down the back and extend further up the neck. I feel like it hits about 90% of the spine. Slowing the speed gives a better massage. My preference is to use the up and down rollers, in combination with the massage button. I also turn off the foot vibration, because it is annoying (in my opinion). Overall, I am very happy with this chair. It would be much more pleasing though in a tan, instead of black. Ultimately, it would also be great if there were rollers for the calves, since they are also very tense usually.

I looked for a long time for a massage chair that had every feature I needed. As a band director I have a lot of muscle issues, and this chair addresses them all. It's pricey, but worth it. My husband and I use it everyday and are completely satisfied. I really recommend it highly.

The Body scan and arm cuffs sold me, but then the recline postion kicked in and with the various programs...jezzz forget it, this one wins over anyting else on the market. Nothing, including human hands, has ever given my neck the perfect relief - not too much, not too little. Working on financing now!

Idesired this so much until I was able to purchase one. Now that I have one I use it at every available opprurtunity. I use it when I'm watching tv. The Idesire is also easy to transport, so I can just roll it up to the table to enjoy a massage while eating. It helps the digestion process. Best investment of my life.
