very bulky

I own 3 watches that needed to be placed in the winder but I have several others. The drawer compartment was not adequate for my watches to lay nicely in place. A Breitling chrono watch did not fit in the winder at all. While the box was nicely made it looked too much like a piece of furniture.

Winder is very quiet (this was my worry when I bought it, glad I did). Design is beautiful. It holds 4 watches in the top. 5 watches in the bottom. For a total of 9 watches. In the Bottom, the watches are separated by leather card board (soft leather inserts hold the watches in the bottom, as in the top winder part), which can easily be removed to be used as a jewelry box. Turns (winds) watches for 1 hour clockwise, rests for 3 hours, and then winds for 1 hour counter clockwise. Can fit any watch (Have tried from Movado to Citizen's). It is a must buy....

This is the replacement for a quad watch winder that was given to me by my family for a birthday present. The original "died" within the first year. Hopefully, this one (the replacement) will last longer than the original

After shopping around for quad watch winders, I found this item through Brookstone. Skeptical, I purchased just one. Lower drawer is loose/without rails or guides, but useful. I ordered a second quad winder which was partially assembled. A little rubber cement and it was good to go. As a matter of reference, the winders are used for Daytona/Sub/Tag/Orange Monster/Seiko Dive and after a month they are all remain wound.

Cons:
Drawer dividers unstable, Not sold in the stores
Best Uses:

Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I bought this for my boyfriend and he loves it! It matches his furniture and it meets his needs. They didn't have the quad available in the store, so I had to order it online. It works fine, but one of things that made me decide this winder comparing to other companies was the extra drawer in the bottom which in the pictures it looks like is well divided, but the dividers are just cardboard pieces and they don't stay up-just fall. We decided to just take the divider cardboards out, so it's just a plain drawer...which is fine too. Other than that, no problems yet.

exactly what I wanted

Pros:
Functional, Good Value, quiet operation
Best Uses:
Master Bedroom
Describe Yourself:
Bargain Hunter, High-End Shopper, Stylish
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

The winder's quiet operation and storage space for my quartz watches was exactly what I wanted. The only negative is that the winding action can not be programmed for the requirements of a specific watch but that is a function more likely to be associated with a higher priced unit.

I brought this item as a gift for my husband. I'd been shopping Watch Winders for about 6mths and I finally decided on this one because the price was favorable. We all know that "Sometimes you get what you pay for", if you know what I mean. Well, dont judge a book by it's cover... The quality and functionality was exactly what I'd hope for!

Will not wind my Rolex Submariner nor my Baume & Mericer dive watch but does work with others. Bottom drawer not deep enough to allow clearance for some larger watches that have stiff bands.

This was the second quad watch winder I bought for my husband's collection of high end watches. The first one was great until it stopped working and I couldn't get anyone to repair it. [...]I wish I could have had a choice of finishes but what is available is very nice - just the wrong color for our bedrooom.

I bought the watch winder for my husband's birthday because he is an avid watch collector. It showcases his watches, houses them all in one cushioned spot, and keeps the self-winders in time so he doesn't have to spend time resetting them when he wants to wear them. The beautiful wood case looks lovely out on his dresser. The winder is very quiet when in motion.
