    This clock was fine in all ways except that the radio reception was very poor. I listen to a "tricky" radio station in the mornings with weak signal. My previous 9 year-old clock radio picked this up patchily. The Brookstone clock radio didn't pick it up at all -- nothing but white noise. I returned the Brookstone clock radio and ended up with a similarly priced, better-featured product that gets crystal clear radio reception, even of the aforementioned weak radio station.     This clock is wonderful. Just plug it in and the correct time and day is there! The warm orange tone of the numbers is soft on the eyes, plus they are large enough to be seen easily but not to large to be unattractive. Very easy to set the alarm and use all the clocks funtions

    I have used many alarm clocks in the past and this is by far the BEST! There is not one feature I would change about this. I love that you can set it for weekdays only, and be able to sleep in on the weekends. If you need to set it for a weekend day, you can do that as well. The alarm starts out with a soft tone and gradually gets louder, so you aren't suddenly awakened. So MANY great features about this clock. I would instantly buy it again!

    You can set 2 separate alarms covering any combination of days you please, and then never set the alarm again.

    The only con is I can't seem to get the clock to keep the correct time. It's always between 10 and 20 minutes ahead - so I have a little extra time in the morning to get ready for work.

    Great product! The alarm is a little cumbersome to cut off after you press the snooze button, but other than that I love it. I love that the Alarm light flashes while it is snoozing. This lets me know that I didn't cut it off yet. Mine is keeping time a little fast but I'm OK with that. I love that I don't have to turn the alarm on and off every night!! There are a lot of buttons and it takes a little time to set up but once you get used to it you will love it. The display color wasn't exactly what was listed, but it isn't that big of a deal to me.

    I love this clock. Since I live on the East coast, all I had to do was plug it in. It automatically set the time to EST as well as the day of the week, date, month and year. The alarm starts off soft then gets louder, so I can usually get it before it wakes my husband. We had a power outtage the day after it arrived. What a pleasure not to have to reset.

    I love the way that the tone/buzzer starts out very lightly and then gets slightly louder instead of giving you a heart attack with an all of a sudden loud alarm. This is easy to see at night and very attractive.

    I use it in the bedroom to wake me up for work. It's great that you don't have to remember to set it every night before bedtime once you have chosen your inital setting. It's also nice not having to set the time each time you either move the clock or have a power outage. It even knows the month, day of the week and date. I love it!

    The self setting feature of this clock is worth the purchase alone. We are remodeling our 93 year old home and the electricity is shut off frequently. This clock has saved me much aggravation and time. The light level on the read out is a good feature for bedroom use. Although the clock is not overly big if it were a little smaller it would be an even better item.

    I loved the clock until it got stuck on 2:03AM. When I unplugged it, to reset it, it quit showing the time. Doesn't work anymore. I'm going to try to return it even though I didn't get the extended warranty. My previous Brookstone alarm clock purchase is about 8 years old and still working great (similar features.) That one has a lifetime warranty. Go figure.
