This is the greatest jewlery cleaner yet. Sometimes, if your silver is really dirty, it won't always work best, but it is still great!

After the process of cleaning my jewelry, either in a group of items or separately, the water is not dirty, nor does the product shows signs of shine or glistening as I anticipated. The items might be clean, but it is difficult to determine. I never really let my jewelry get too dirty even before having the machine, so again, it is difficult to see the improvement.

The Ultrasonic cleaner does a great job revitalizing old jewelry and cleaning off caked on residue. Unfortunately, some jewelry will still need further cleaning and/or polishing. For example, debris that form around diamonds will clean off, but will still need cleaned with a mild ammonia-based cleaner in hot water for fire and brilliance.

Worked well on necklaces, watches and rings. I had to use multiple cycles on watches but it was amazing to see the dirt that came out of my jewelry into the cleaning water.

It kind of does the job when you're in a pinch, but for the price, it's tough to say this is a must have item. I barely use it that much anymore since I didn't notice that much of a difference between running my watch quickly through the sink & putting it in the cleaner. I also don't like that it tends to leak a bit whenever I use it. It's one of those better to give as a gift than to own items.

We LOVE our new ultrasonic jewelry cleaner - so much I just ordered one for my mother's birthday present. Enviro-friendly, non-abrasive, easy to use, it will leave all of your jewelry sparkling. We really like that it has several different time settings, so you can opt for a little clean or a lot! The only thing we would like to have for it is some sort of a watch band holder so that we could submerge watch bands without getting the mechanism wet (not all are waterproof!). That being said, I still think this is the best jewelry cleaner we have seen (friends have other versions that just don't compare) and highly recommend it - hello....I'm giving one to my Mom enough said!!!

Disappointing performance of this item. I should have asked the recipient of the first one I bought before purchasing the second. I obviously really wanted it to work and expected it would! We both had similar complaints. Really doesn't do the job. My fault. Should have followed through with the "how do you like it" question before puchasing another one for my own use.

I just received this product for my birthday and could not wait to use it! Due to my job, my jewelry gets dirty very easily. My rings look brand new, it cleans gemstones exceptionally well. I gave this product 4 stars due to fact that some my really old silver jewelry took a few times to clean. I would recommend this product to my friends!
put a bowl of water out and move it about it will do the same thing news flash to the newage hippies with a little money,my friend gave me this i hope to take it back to get something else that i can use. i ended up cleaning my jewelry with a little bit a alcolhol and a tooth brush it sparkled.you need chemicals to clean things not just water it will not remove soap scum like alcohol.
