The arm sockets are made of a week composite that broke under normal stress. The arm socket was not being leaned on, or pulled up by, it broke by the weaight of the arm itself sliding down into place

This chair is great. I bought it for my 10 year old brother. My husband and I tried it out before we gave it to him on Christmas and we fell in love with it. It is so comfortable and the sound is great, you can actually feel the bass from the sub woofer vibrating in your back. My only sort-of complaint is that it is supposed to be foldable for easy storage. The chair came folded in the shipping box. I unfolded the chair and to lock it in the unfolded (useable) position I had to secure it with the hitch pin they provided. It was pretty difficult to attach; so much for easy to fold for storage. I don't think my brother wants it folded up anyway!

This product is great for all ages. It is very comfortable and easy to install. The sound quality is great. Make sure you purchase the Wireless hookups so you can place the chair anywhere in your home.

I bought this for my son for Christmas. He really loves it. It's a very comfortable chair and the soud quality is excellent. It really enhances games and TV/movies. Another good feature is that the sound does not blast straight into the ear canal as with headphones! I saw a lot of cheap imitations in the stores. Nothing comes close to the X-Rocker in quality, comfort or value.

If you are thinking of getting a game chair, listen to music, watch movies or TV this is the one to get it's cheaper and nicer. I’m 14 and I love it and so does my dad and he is 50 so it's awesome in my family. So we are buying another one so I can like use it.
