I had bought this as a Valentines present for my hubby. After he tried installing it, it would not work. I had tried to install the mini cd for two days, it kept saying that I needed vfwwdm.drv. After the second day, I went online to search for that. I had to install that driver just to get this product to work. They need more information in the manual and a online support. I think if they had more options for us to figure out how to fix the installation problem, it would be easier to install. Once getting the product installed the product works great.

I've not encountered blurry images, but the previous poster may have not had the best quality images in the first place. Of course, the closer you crop towards the face, the better image quality you will have on the unit. The software is easy to use. The cropping feature is very simple. I purchased this as a gift for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day. I purchased it ahead of time before they ran out. Needless to say, from the very start I had difficulty with the device. Software loads ok, but when it comes time to download the pics, device would not connect. Tried several times, finally got it to connect to my pc. The day before Valentine's Day, I wanted to download one more pic before presenting my gift. Absolutely, frustrated. I got the device to connect and then I loss power on my pc had to switch to power source. Reconnected the device and it would not connect. I'm ready to throw it out the window. But, before I do, I'm going to return it and try once more. Such a nice gift ... too bad it only works when it wants to.

We purchased this digital photo keychain for our grandma. She loved it! I had done research on this type of product prior to buying it. I was a little sceptical of the pixels, but really wanted to get one. Brookstone's had the best rating. I was very impressed with the quality of the pictures and at how simple it was to load. I chose bright close-up photos, which probably helped. I'm very satisfied, and plan on buying an other one for mom.
