I ordered this product for my IPOD Nano thinking that I will use it right away. This doesn't fit the Nano and there is no mention of it in the description. It only says the product will not work with ipod mini, which is a different product. [...] Very disappointing.
Doesn't fit my full-size I-pod.

There was absolutely no instructions included and no specific qualifying MP3s that would or would not fit-just "full size I-Pod" I have a 30 GB Apple I-Pod-seems full size to me.I thought maybe I just wasn't saavy enough so I asked my 20 year old kids and they couldn't figure it out either.It must need some sort of adapter?
