I have terrible neck problems. My best friend got this pillow for a Christmas present and told me that it was wonderful.
I am getting used to it, little by little. It is very comfortable, but takes a little "getting used to" in the beginning. I think once it's "broken in" it will be alot better!
But as for temper-pedic memory foam - I have the topper and I SWEAR by it!

Well at first the pillow was very stiff and would not conform to my head. I went in to talk to the Brookstone store associate and learned there was a break-in period. The pillows are always stiff and need some air moved through them, so the associate suggested i just sit on it for a while just to let air move through it. After about 3 days the pillow seems to conform and support my head alot better. Now I am no longer tired in the morning before work.

Try it first. It was much more comfortable at the store because you are on the posturpedic mattress. It isn't as comfortable without that mattress

Excellent pillow! For about 3 years, I've waken up most mornings with neck and shoulder pain as well as some back pain. I got the Supreme pillow for Christmas and that night and ever since, I've had not more pain!!!
I highly recommend this pillow and cannot wait to get the mattress!

Best support pillow I have tried. For anyone with neck problems, this pillow is the one to have. I have had other tempur pedic pillows, but this one is shaped like a traditional pillow, which I like much better.
I have had neck problem for years and I needed a goo pillow. But when I tried out the old style tempur-pedic with the "hump" I didn't like it at all, so it soured me away from this style pillow...until I tried this style! This is completely different and I havn't slept this well in years. I wake up with much less pain in my neck now that I have the support I needed. It takes about 2-3 days to get used to but once you do, you will notice the difference when you try to sleep on a normal pillow. Well worth every penny.

Gives support all night for the best night's sleep. I never woke up with back or neck pain. It was wonderful!!
The best pillow I have every owned and will last for years to come. I have owned this pillow for two years and it still feels the same! Although it' pricy it will pay for itself for the years of use I will get!

I have upgraded from a lumpy old 5 year old pillow. Now sleeping on the The Supreme Pillow by Tempur-Pedic, is so wonderful. There definitely is a difference. It really does mold to your head and neck at night. In the morning, I don't feel any soreness on the neck and shoulders. I would definitely recommend this pillow to all my friends and give them as gifts. The only con is that it costs so much. =(

The pillow is good, but not great. Better than every other pillow except the Dan Marino Pillow. Dan's pillow has a little better support and fits better for me. But I have searched for a second pillow and this one is the best one so far. If I had not tried the Dan Marino Pillow, this one would be the best. It beats the 7 other pillows that I have tried. Since the only place you can get the Dan Marino pillow is in Dallas,TX; this is your best bet.

While bed shopping about 2 years ago i noticed that several stores had the Tempur-Pedic pillows on the display beds. So as we tested the beds, I couldn't help but notice the comfort of the pillows as well....but then I noticed the price and decided not to buy any. However, I recently found them on [@] for about half the price, so I bought two.The first thing you might notice is the weight of the pillows. These things are HEAVY! Where were these kind of pillows when we were kids having pillow fights?! These would knock anyone out! I like the heavyness because the pillow pretty much stays wherever you put it. Second, it's soft. It's not the kind of softness that cotton or feathers might give you where your head would sink to the bottom, this is better, it's soft but still firm. You don't need to double stack pillows or fold them over to get more, these pillows are perfect!Lastly, the pictures and ads all show this pillow being used without a case....forget that! With the price of thes things I didn't even want to risk getting them dirty, stained, or ruined. I bought zippered covers for the pillows as well as regular pillow cases to go over top of that. Sure, you can't choose between the satin side or cotton side, but so what?! I've got protected pillows that are going to last a long time! If you purchase these pillows i'd recommend that you do the same thing too.

I'm a five-year fan of this pillow and paired with my tempur-pedic bed makes for the most restful sleep. I take my pillow wherever I go, so I recommend you keep the bag it comes in. I have a rod in my back and never slept through the night until I got my Tempur-pedic. Everyone in my house has a T-pedic bed now.
I love the fact that MY DOG LOVES IT! ITS HIS BED! (i have one too)
