I actually take my pillow with me when I travel if I can.
The pillow has a chemical smell at first, just as a mattress would, and needs to be aired out. I squished and pounded the pillow to speed up this process. It also takes a few nights to break the pillow in, but it's worth it!
I love this pillow, it's actually my second one as I wore out the first. After 3 years my first tempurpedic pillow became too soft. I bought one for my boyfriend as well and he loves it too.

Although this particular pillow is one size fits all, the support and comfort is worth spending the money. The cheaper imitations do not hold up as well, nor do theycushion the head as easily. Difficult to sleep on your stomach, but using just the corners works well for this.

I had hoped for cooler material to cover the entire pillow not just the bottom which doesn't even touch your skin. It is comfortable like all Temper-Pedic pillows, but fabric is a bit warm.

This pillow is firm on one side and softer and cooler on the other. I have had my standard pillow from Tempurpedic, also purchased from Brookstone, since the 1990's, when it was first available. I am very happy with this purchase.

I was making bi-weekly trips to my chiropractor because of constant neck pain. I have cut my visit to once a month and should be able to stop completely very shortly.

I find the Supreme cervical neck pillow a very new sensation from my old down pillow.
Enjoy the firm feeling and support while reading in bed but am still trying to adjust to the difference.

Since I have received this pillow I now wake up on the mornings without any neckpain. It has make a huge difference in my sleep related to my neck. It took me a few nights to get used to a different pillow but outside of that the transition was easy. I had neck surgery and would recommend it to anyone who has serious neck problems. The only minus for me is that it comes in only one size and I am a big guy (6'4" and 240 lbs) and wish it had been available in a larger size, but that is minor compared to the relief I have had.

This is an excellent pillow, with good neck support, for a good night's sleep - especially, if you are a side or back sleeper. I used to get aches in my neck and shoulders, but now, it's pretty non-existent. My husband sleeps on his stomach, and this pillow wasn't for him. So, if you sleep on your stomach, you might want to reconsider... The pillow is a little pricey, but I've tried various pillows, and this was the right height and support for me.

I bought my first set of Tempur-Pedic pillows in 2003-My husband loved it so much it even went on vacations with him. He showers before bed and sleeping with wet hair kind of gave it a funk. So about a year ago I tossed them and replaced them with The [...] store brand. He noticed right away! He was tossing and turning, waking up cranky, so for Christmas I ordered him the pillow and he has been sleeping like a lamb. They are expensive but you do spend 5-8 hours a day using it. When you look at the cost compared to the amount of use, its a winner! If it wasn't a great product Brookstone would not carry it! Give it a try the world needs more sleep!

My neck and back continually bother me, primarily from slumping over a desk all day working on the computer. I wasn't sure if I wanted to invest in such an expensive pillow, but it does help me sleep better and provides better support for my neck. I did, however, have to get used to sleeping with it, ie. due to differences in size, firmness, etc.

Bought if for my husband; loves it. Uses it every night. Only thing is that a pillow case is way to big for it. He prefers to sleep with a pillowcase (our own) over it. So we fold it.
I am young with arthritis of the neck. The wrong pillow meant numbness, tingling and sleepless nights. In conjunction with treatments, the best thing I have done is buy myself this pillow. As treatments wear off, this pillow is a Godsend. This pillow does not have to 'warm up' before conforming to you. Therefore a comfortable position is possible instantly. And stays responsive even in cold temperatures!
