I was given a beige NAP blanket for Christmas. Initially my family fought over it but after one washing, no one can get near it without coming away with fuzzy beige balls/pills all over their clothing. It now leaves a mess on anything I put it on so it sits in a closet until I can get a suggestion on Brookstone about dealing with this. Bummer!

I've had this blanket for about a year now and washed it many times. It always soft. I love it and when it wear out, plan to get another. So far only a little piece of the silk boarder is coming unsewed but very minor. I highly recommend.

This blanket is FAB! It's so cuddly, cozy and extremely soft! It's my favorite blanket by far. A couple of 'cons' though. Don't expect it to keep you totally warm, like other blankets. Perfect to cut the chill, but not great if you're cold. Great for Spring/Fall cooler weather. Another 'con', when in the dryer, it tends to ball up inside itself and it can be a bear to un-knot. Other items will get engulfed inside it during drying. The best way I found to un-knot it, hold the "ball" part of tangled blanket and continue to shake out. I also shake it out every 15 minutes or so during drying, it seems to help.

This is by far the best blanket ever! It's so comfortable and soft. I typically don't write reviews, but I have had this blanket for just about 1 year and I still love it. It feels so soft against your skin (for those who cannot sleep w/ pj's). Although the instructions say to wash, I prefer to dry-clean. I chose the double size as it fits a full size bed and truly allows for two people to be comfortable underneath. Once you're under this blanket, I swear you will not want to get up. The price was [$], but worth it. Get it for yourself before purchasing it as a gift, you'll understand! Enjoy

Very comfortable blanket (best material on the market) but this particular one is way to tiny. I'm not that tall, and barely covers half my body. If you're going to buy one, try the queen-size nap blanket; same level of comfort but for your entire body.

I bought this blanket to use on airplanes because I always get cold. I purchased this blanket for my Mom and Sister and they both absolutely loved it, so I decided to get one for myself for travel since I get so cold on airplanes. It worked well, but I was very disappointed by the size of it. It isn't even the same size as a regular throw. It is a great product, but could be a little bigger. Had I looked at the size beforehand, I would have just gone with what I already have.

This is the best blanket ever!! I use it to nap everyday since I work in the evenings. Its so much better than tearing up the bed again. This is the softest blanket I've ever owned, its truly a napping treat! It is only fit for one person so if you plan on napping with another, get a bigger one! (which I plan on doing shortly!) You won't regret this purchase!

The length of the blanket just covers my feet. I'm 5'5. The width is too narrow for complete coverage. The material must be washed a few times. To avoid the staining of other bed accessories. My white memory foam body pillow was stained. I have four cuddle blankets. Anything, that I like. I buy several of. I have given them as gifts. The material is warm, comfy, and makes it a delight to go to sleep!

I had no intention of buying a blanket when I stepped into a Brookstone location to browse, but could not put this blanket down once I touched it... I bought the queen size and still cannot believe how soft it is. Touching it is almost like lightly petting a rabbit and there is definitely something about it that makes you want to hug it and close your eyes... Might not be right for you to put on your bed though if you have trouble getting up in the morning - this blanket is hard to let go of! I'm already thinking that my guest room will be the hottest spot in town if I buy another one for that bed too and think I want the smaller size now for my sofa...

Its softness and plush feel is unparalled by any other blanket. The only con is that the nap cuddle blanket is a little too short for anyone who likes to be fully covered when sleeping - I am 5'5. Hope they make it a little longer and broader. Also the satin edge/binding tends to fray easily.

At first I didn't realize it came in a larger size. When I found out, I debated, small or large? I am 6 feet tall and 210 pounds...so I opted for the bigger size and glad I did. It's not too big and when I need some extra warmth, I just fold the blanket in half. The smaller one just would not be the same.

just a bit too small, I'm 5'5" and was hoping for something that would cover my feet when i took a nap, but this blanket falls a little short. It's a great blanket if you want something to curl up on the couch with or take on a airplane. I would not recommend it for actual napping if you like to be fully covered. Now i have to get the twin sized blanket.

These are the best blankets. I have the Queen size on my bed. My husband has the double for cuddling on the couch, the kids and I each have our own cuddle blanket. They are a perfect size (my husband needs the double because he is so tall) but I'm 5'7" and the cuddle size is large enough. We all have different colors and everyone of them get softer the more you use them. It's funny but we all sleep with our blankies! They was up great...washer and dryer, no special cycles. Makes for a great gift for any age. Bought for my mom and my nephews... each of them love it...how often do you fall in love with a blankie once you out grow the toddler stage, lol.

I got the Cuddle Blanket for my girlfriend as a gift and she loves it. I personally have one myself and I knew she would like it since it is so cold on the East Coast. She loved how warm and soft the blanket was. Unfortunately, she didn't like the length of the blanket, saying it was too short and couldn't cover some of her legs. She is about 5'3'' so beware if you plan to buy this particular blanket it is indeed a little on the small side. I believe if you get the Cuddle Blanket for 2 the size and length is a little bigger. The only complaint was the size, but she loves the texture, feel, and warmth of the blanket. I use my blanket all the time and have had no complaints (I bought mine's in store). I highly recommend this blanket for children, and anyone else who could use a little cozy and warmth time while reading a book or watching tv.

This is great for napping. Also nice to put over regular blankets for extra warmth for sleeping. I keep one folded at the foot of the bed during the day, and the cats LOVE to make biscuits on it. The kneading cat claws pull some threads, but that's no fault of the blanket's. If you're going to live with cats, you expect this sort of thing. I'm just happy to provide them with this enjoyment. And it doesn't harm the functionality of the blanket.

This blanket is the greatest! Incredibly soft and warm. I love to drape it over me while I watch tv or around my shoulders as I work at my desk in the morning. When it's really cold, I drag it right with me from the sofa into bed - just like Linus! The color (latte) is very pretty and goes with my decor nicely.

Only possible con - I am surprised at just HOW WARM this little blanket is! Sometimes I get overheated and have to scoot it off a bit or get some air under it. Great problem for a blanket to have!

These are the softest blankets that I have ever felt! They are great. I love the weight of them...they are heavy, but fluffy at the same time. I have washed one of mine (I have two) several times, and it looks good as new. Unfortunately, I had to return one of the blankets that I originally received because it had little picks in the fabric. The replacement blanket has an imperfection in the satin border (it is not sewn on in a 3-inch section...which was noted at some point during production because there is a small, red sticker marking the spot...annoying). Despite my trouble in getting a good second blanket, I love the product. The chocolate color is really nice...

I ordered one of these as a gift for my son, and one for me. We both agree that it's very comfy. However, the blurb misleadingly states that you can "wrap your entire body" in the blanket. This might be true for a child, but certainly not for most adults. I am a small person, at 5'1", and use this as a lap cover when watching TV or snuggling by the fire. My son is 6'4", and uses the blanket as a "wrap" over his shoulders when sitting at a computer or reading in a cold, college student apartment. Neither of us could use it as a real blanket for taking a nap on a couch.

I think I've reviewed this before but I love these blankets so much I'm happy to do another one. These blankets are all over my house-everyone has to have their own plus there are extras around on couches for napping etc.
Have given one as a gift to a friend going through chemotherapy.
Only drawback is a weird bunchy thing it does in the dryer, but it's not enough of a problem to have stopped me buying more!

This was my own fault. I'm sure if I had just read the measurements I would have known how small the blanket is, but I didn't and was unpleasantly surprised. I am 5'6" and I can't even bring it up to me chin without it coming over my feet a little. You just can't wrap yourself in it! It's a single not the double so that is where I went wrong (at least I hope the double is A LOT bigger). The product was a huge disappointment as a gift for my 6'4" husband.

I received a NAP blanket a couple of years ago and just love it. I have to take it off my bed when I want to keep warm in the family room while relaxing. My husband used my NAP blanket one evening to warm up and really liked it, so I ordered one for him for Christmas. When I saw the deal to buy a second one for 50% off, I got the second one for our daughter. It wasn't until Christmas morning that we found that my husband had done the same thing and bought two NAP blankets, one for our son and one for our daughter! Our family loves the cuddle blankets. They are warm soft and a breeze to clean. My 2 year old takes the blankets all the time. He has gotten everything on these blankets. I just pop them in the washing machine dry them at normal and they come out just as soft and clean as they were when I first bought them. We have 2 sets with the pillow and socks too. The socks are to die for and my son loves sleeping on the pillows. I probably wouldn't try the pillows for younger children but, my son rolled over at two weeks old and has very strong neck muscles.
