I use it nightly. The rough sandpapery stuff that accumulated on the backs of the front teeth were completely gone after three uses. My boyfriend spontaneously noted my teeth were whiter after 2 weeks of use. It takes a while to figure out how not to put the rubbery bit up against the teeth - uncomfortable, and still have the bristles make contact with the teeth. Take your time figuring out how this thing works inside your mouth and then enjoy the results. It's worth it and only takes a couple of minutes to brush - the toothbrush beeps to tell you to move to the next quadrant.
