I bought this item as a gift for my sister (who is usually hard to please). I bought a Clarisonic for 4 times the price. While the Clarisonic is slightly better, it is certainly not worth that much more.

I use this product at least once a day and love it. People have commented on how good my skin looks. I have seen other similar products at well over $200. So this is a good deal. It's lightweight and I use it in the shower. Glad I made the investment.

I've owned several other brands of facial brushes and they all ended in the garbage. This one actually works, is gentle on my sensitive skin, even though I use it daily. After a few weeks I've noticed my skin getting cleared and softer. I too have the charging light problem, but was assured it would work properly by support.

I use it daily - during shower, after body wash , while skin still wet. I feel so great, feel clean, and fresh , and every friend I meet made their good comment such as "Oh! your SKIN LOOKS SO DIFFERENT! ARE YOU HAVING A FACIAL TREATMENT? Where?

Works great. I almost bought a different brand from my dermatologist for 4 times the price but then saw this one in the Brookstone catalog. So glad I got this one instead. It works just as well. I have noticed results already. My skin feels like I just got a microdermabrasion after use. Excellent product. Only downside is that the "fully charged" light doesn't work -- it always blinks as if it is still charging. I called the manufacturer and they said they knew of this defect but that the brush works fine and is in fact fully charged after 24 hours, and that it needs only 30 minutes to fully charge again after 30 minutes of use.

I had bought a similar product for $200.00 and returned it to buy the brookstone brand. I enjoyed it even more. This product worked better then the other brand and I felt so much better for the money I saved.
