I bought this hair dryer for travel, but ended up liking it so much better than any of my other hairdryers (home, gym, vacation home, etc.) that I ended up buying three of these to replace all my others.

Very small and compact. I take only a carry-on bag wherever and whatever length of time I go. This fills the bill nicely but I wish that it had a bit more power when using overseas voltage. I have short hair and it's great for that, but longer or very thick hair may not work as well on this dryer.

I use this dryer everyday. It's so lightweight and comfortable to use. I was visiting some friends and this is the only blow dryer that they had. I used it once and I was hooked! It dries quickly and evenly and fast.

I love this hairdryer. My husband bought the 800 watt model about 5 years ago and it just now gave out. I ordered the 1000 watt in it's place and it's just the same albeit a bit heavier. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis and the light, small compact dryer is wonderful,and does incredible job on my thick hair. I love it!!
This is the best blow dryer I have ever used. It does the trick. I purchased one and it lasted a year or so. The second blow dryer I purchased only lasted 4 months and I was very disappointed in this, I must have gotten a malfunctional one.
I used my sisters' when I was traveling, since I have thick hair I wasn't sure how well it would work. Needless to say, I liked it and had to have it (or I wouldn't be writing this)

I got this hair dryer for Christmas 2007, I love it, but on 3-10-2008 the button quit working that turns it on, so I have to unplug it to turn it off and I can't change the speed of the air. It is on "high" all the time. I have a smaller travel one at our condo and have had no trouble with it at all. I can't find the receipt so I guess I can't get anything done about it, so if you buy one, be sure to keep your receipt. Being a Brookstone, I didn't expect any trouble with it at all, and it was a gift so I don't have the receipt. I would still recommend it because I think the one I have was just a lemon. It does a great job of drying, though.
Who needs a big clunky hair dryer when you can have this. My big jumbo dryer went out and I only had this to use from my travel kit. Now it is the only one I use. It does everything my big one did except take up a lot of space.

I have owned one of this hairdryer for many years, using it mainly when traveling. I have also given it as a gift. It dries well, even on my long thick hair. The only complaint, sometimes my hair get caught in the back of the dryer. I have to turn it off, and cut it loose.
