I bought this because I have neck problems and use my "heat in the microwave" neck pillow almost every night. These are really great because they are not so bulky, you can really put them where the pain is and they DO stay warm for a long time, BUT they say NOT to put them in the microwave to heat them. You are supposed to heat the gel packs in hot water - not nearly as convenient as putting in the microwave. Besides that - once you have it on - it is the best I have used~!

When you can't afford to go to the spa, using this product is a nice alternative to have at home!

This spa set works wonderfully for my wife. She usually uses the eye mask warm ehile she sleeps the day away (it's okay, she works nights) and the other pads are great for relieving pain or stress. The pads may not seem to get as hot as you may want at first, but they hold the heat for longer than any other pad she's had and the soft material is wonderful. Highly recommended spa set.
