This pillow gives great head and neck support and is also great for supporting your back if you're sitting up in bed. I highly recommend it!

I had terrible trouble sleeping and woke up with a stiff neck or, even worse, numb arms. I've always preferred feather pillows, so when I bought my Tempurpedic mattress I didn't get the pillows. But after sleeping on the mattress I decided to give the pillows a try. They're great! My neck doesn't hurt, whether I sleep on my back or my side. I'll never sleep on a feather pillow again.

I gave a set of these to my parents and they love them. My husband uses one too and he doesn't like to sleep without it. It is heavy and doesn't move around while you sleep like a regular pillow does.

The pillow appeared to be a little hard when I got it, but maybe it will get softer with time. Either way, its definitely helping my neck and I'm getting a better night's sleep.

Getting the best sleep I've had in years - really! Alwats had a problem getting a pillow that allows me a conforatable sleep - finally did!
I have had my Tempur-pedic pillow for five years now, and I appreciate it as much today as I did the day I got it. I used to wake up in the mornings with a crick in my neck and I haven't had one since I purchased this pillow. It's amazing!! I would suggest this pillow for anyone who has trouble sleeping, or would just like to have a more restful night sleep. Thank you for your undeniable results.

Incredible design and comfort. However, it takes a few days to get used to this pillow. It's worth the time and I highly recommend this pillow.

not for stomach sleepers. Ok if you sleep on your side or back but not good if you like a pillow you can scrunch up. I gave it to my sister since it didn't work for me and she loves it.

I had a whiplash injury years ago and was told by my doctor to use a pillow that molded to my sleeping habits and this pillow is IT!!!! I have had no stiff neck problems whatsoever since using this pillow.

Ever since I first started using this pillow, I can't sleep without it. I even pack it in my suit case when traveling.
The only downside is, that after awhile, the raised area of the pillow begins to flatten out somewhat.

I actually have returned this pillow, after finding that it really wasn't what I expected. I had not had the opportunity to try one or see it in the stores, and found that it was just too heavy and firm for my taste. I think that this is simply a matter of individal preference, and that this is NOT the fault of any flaws in the pillow itself!

We previously had the contour Tempur-pedic pillow but felt that it had gotten too hard and uncomfortable. This new pillow is so much softer and plush. It's like sleeping on a cloud.

as i got older, i started waking up constantly in the middle of the night. none of the other pillows work like this one. once i fall asleep i stay asleep.
it smells a little funky at first but the smell goes away.
definitely dont use this to pillow fight for it might just knock out your head because its so heavy =D

This is a great alternative to the original tempur pillows if you don't like that clinical look. This has the appearance of a standard bed pillow and can be used for either back or side sleeping. Nice touch.

I am prone to neck pain whenever I would 'sleep wrong' on conventional pillows. This pillow has virtually eliminated my neck pain. Getting this pillow free with the Tempur-Pedic Symphony Bed from [...] was a great deal but I also would not hestitate to buy one. It is good.

The pillow provide great support for your head and neck. The cushion molds to you and keeps you comfortable while you sleep. It give you support where you need it.

Simply a great pillow. I was talking to a friend about neck pain and he recommended that I purchase this pillow. I checked it out online and was initially a little reluctant to purchase it because of the price. However, I'm glad I did because I've got no more neck pain. My only complaint is that my wife keeps stealing it to put between her legs for her back pain. According to her it works much better than a regular pillow so I guess I'll be ordering another one.

Although we were told these pillows were soft, and the one in the store was, the pillows we got are much too hard. We have tried to soften them by putting books on them during the day, sitting on them for hours, jumping on them --I have even thought about (but have not done it) running over them with a car -- but they are still too firm. Help.

Pretty nice pillow to use
This Pillow is AMAZING! It is so very comfortable and helps me sleep so much better than i did before i purchased this pillow. Alththough it is high-priced it is worth it. i reccomend you should get this wonderful pillow ecspesially if you play many sports or are very active.

This is the best pillow I've had. We also have a tempurpedic bed, which I think is fantastic. We dread going out trips because we miss our bed and pillows so much! I never noticed a funny smell like the other reviewers, but I've had mine for over a year, so maybe I just don't remember.
This pillow is very supportive and I find it much better than the neck pillows. It's more like a natural pillow, good for side sleeping.

I was a bit skeptical about sleeping on foam but they're really comfortable and they keep their shape unlike a down pillow which has to be fluffed from time to time. They're pretty hard so if you like a nice fluffy pillow, these are not for you. I noticed a weird smell for the first week so I aired them out before using them.
