I love the pillow because it's helped my neck pain. However, it does loose its elasticity/support fairly quickly.
I also wish I could use a standard pillow case without it hanging over the sides and width.

I bought my 1st pillow in Germany in 1993, my physical therapist recommended it; I don't know if Tempur was in America.

It recently was attacked by a puppy and I had to replace it. I would never have any other pillow. I have a travel size for trips.
