This towel warmer is great for small towels. It heats up the towels quickly and they stay warm until they are removed.
Our larger bath towels don't fit that well, but we manage.

Great way to cope with cold winter mornings. The towel warmer evenly warms a medium size or small towel, and will keep it warm for at least 15 minutes. The cord is quite long, so there is ample length to keep the warmer near your shower even if your outlets are not. I also warm socks, gloves and scarves in it before I head out into the cold. Enjoy!

I found that in order to get an oversized towel in the spa I had to really fold it pretty tight. It certainly did not fit in loosely. Had the unit been just a bit bigger it would be ideal for all towels. Otherwise, it is luxurious to dry off with a nice warm towel.

This is a great item in colder climates. My wife enjoys the pampered feeling of taking out the warm towel after her shower.
The only down side is that the towel is not warmed evenly. Even so, she still enjoys it.

I gave the towel spa to my niece as a birthday gift and she loves it. She wakes up at 5:00 AM to get ready for work and she's always cold. She told me she looks forward to wrapping her warm towel around her after her shower. To quote her "The Towel Spa is delightful".

I am always cold - especially when getting out of the shower. The Towel Spa is a wonderful product for me. The towel comes out nice and toasty. The unit fits nicely on our double sink countertop. I would highly recommend this product. I am thinking of buying this warmer for my adult children.

I have the towel spa just inside the door from my hot tub. I can get out of the hot tub and reach inside the door to warm off with a nice, hot towel. Doesn't get any better than that!

This towel warmer fits in my small bathroom. It takes up almost no space compared to the warming rack I have which is too large, so I stopped using it. This warmer heats up the towel(s) quickly, also unlike the pokey warming rack.

This product is wonderful. I've used it several times and the only down side is that there is a bit of an odor when the towel is heating up, but it heats up fast, feels wonderful when wrapped around you and is also nice if you'd like to warm a small throw. Its a great product and well worth the price.

The Towel SPA works well enough to take the chill off of getting out of the shower. Even though it's not big enough to hold 2 towels, it can additionally hold smaller items such as socks. There is a mandatory wait time of about 20 minutes before it can be used again so back-to-back shower use will have to wait until it resets itself.

After a shower I can stay nice ane warm.It is also very easy to use,and its nice looking. I just wish it was a little bit bigger.I would,nt be with out it. Even on cold nights I can warm up my robe and be nice and warm why watching TV.

I've only used this once because the weather is still much too warm for heated towels, but I found it very easy to use and it did get my towel toasty warm! I can't wait to use this in the winter!

The product has a "plastic" smell when heating for the first couple of weeks and then eventually goes away. It handles both regular and oversized towels. Time your shower and/or bath by the 8 minute heat up time or the towel can tend to cool down too much.

I kept missing this item so when it was in stock I bought 2. I can't wait to give the second one as a gift. It is compact and easy to use. Does everything it says. I always feel pampered in warm robes and towels. Now I don't have to go to the laundry room to warm them in the dryer!

I use the towel spa to heat up neck, foot, and hand warmers. These warmers are made of materials that can be heated in the microwave(I always had to clean it first). The towel spa will even heat my spa blanket. Since it is large, I have to use two cycles, and I turn the blanket over after the first cycle.
The spa gets really hot (like an iron), so I would NEVER use this machine around children of any kind, maybe not even teenagers.

This unit is small, fits easily in your bathroom. I use it every time I take a shower and to warm socks at night before I go to bed. Before I get in the shower drop it in, push a button, and when I'm done, I have a warm towel that feels like it just came out of the dryer. I definitely recommend this product and am considering buying another unit for our other bathroom.

This warmer is a great idea. I liked the design better than the european towel warming racks that you see in some hotels. No installation necessary, portable. It works good, and seems to be well made. However, it's too small. I was surprised when it arrived, because for the price, I was expecting it to be much bigger. It's about the size of a small cooler. A much larger sized warmer offered at the same price would be ideal. If it were bigger I would have no problem recommending it to others.

OK--this was a unique use for the Towel Spa and the Towel Spa was a little high-end and expensive for what we needed. Still we have found nothing that worked better to keep our small towels warm during the puppy whelping process. We use hand towel-sized or car detailing towels during whelping and a warm towel is a must. This easily holds enough small towels for two puppies. We simply refill between births. We would recommend this to any high-end breeder that wants the best for their newly whelped puppies.

The only concern is bacteria if the items you place in the unit are not clean. This is not a concern for the stand up models; however, the stand up models take more space, do not dry or warm towels well and stay on until shut off. I have the stand up model too and always worry about it catching fire. I do not have that worry with this product.

It does a really good job but would be nice if it fit 2 towels instead of one. It does smell a bit. I am not sure if that is due to the fact that it is new. Hopefully the smell will go away.

We envisioned using this warmer on a daily basis for both myself and Wife. We also wanted to use it for warming towels for our small dog, after baths.
We are almost better off going back to using the clothes dryer to do this.
If you put 2 avg. size bath towels in warmer, they fit to tight to be uniformly warmed.
Strongly suggest that Manufacturer be encouraged to increase capacity by half.
