The Wrist & Arm Recovery bend bar is designed to help strengthen and rehab hands, wrists and forearms.

By bending, rotating, and otherwise manipulating and deforming the bend bar, you can build and regain power and flexibility. Regular use of the bend bar can also assist in preventing stiffness and alleviating hand, wrist and arm soreness and discomfort. Made from natural rubber in three progressive resistance levels.
