I absolutely love this product. when i received it in the mail i was a little skeptical. ive been suffering with arthritis throughout by whole body since i was 8 and im 19 now, so i know about having a stiff neck. when the joints in your neck have limited movement, the muscles in your neck start to become very tight. after using the Real Ease neck support my neck felt more loose after every use. its so relaxing that i would fall asleep during every use lol. my only problem was that the foam has started to come away from the plastic on one side and i have had it only about two months now. it still works perfectly fine but i would prefer it didnt have the seperation! other than that i have no complaints!!

It's a good little gadget to stretch out light tension but it doesn't get to the deep muscles. I have disc degeneration and need more stretching than this has to offer. For someone that just needs to get a little pull, it would work well.

This is an excellent product that immediately eases the stress on muscles in the neck, shoulders and back of the head. Its use has often alleviated the onset of a migraine just by the release of tension in these areas. Just a few minutes with one's head cradled in this device can relieve hours of pain from a migraine. I've suffered from migraines for many years trying many means of relief. This product has proven to be quite effective for me.

When I first saw this on the website, I was under the impression that it was of sturdy materials that were ergonomically designed to relieve deep muscle pain. Upon receiving it, all it is, is a piece of fancy foam on a flimsy piece of plastic. They shape of this device does alleviate some pain, but not as much as I would like. Had they used some form of memory foam or gel that had therapeutic knobs or heating pads in it, it would be much more effective. It's good for temporary relief (10-15min tops) but nothing more. Save your money and buy a heating pad instead.
