My 9 year old daughterl loves it and has found it extremely easy to use. It is well made and was easy to assemble. I ordered it 13 days before Christmas for a gift but it wasn't delivered until two days after Christmas and there was no option when ordering for expedited shipping. Scooter - GREAT! Shipping from Brookstone - not so great.

I got this for my 7 yr old daughter for Christmas. She loves it. She didn't have any difficulty figuring it out. The only negative thing is that it is heavy and takes some effort to get it out of the garage when she wants to use it. Still a great item for a great price!
