I started law school at age 59. The legal case books are too heavy for me to carry, but the dimensions of this bag are perfect to hold them. All three casebooks for first-year classes, plus folders and a laptop, plus a paperback, plus snacks and water and makeup kit. Merrily we roll along. The bag is extremely sturdy. It allows easy access to the books, and it fits into my locker at school, and it can sit on a desktop and not look out of place. I chose this bag online because of its dimensions, and now I don't know what I would have ever done without it. I got the warranty for $9.99 just in case the heavy books were too rough on the bag, but so far after two months of daily use the bag is holding up just fine. Better than me! I feel like I look good with this bag, rolling down hallways crowded with beautiful young people. It definitely helps my self-confidence -- in class, in the library, around campus. I know this is not a typical use, but thought it might underscore how versatile the bag is. Whoever designed it goes to heaven.

Found this at a Brookstone kiosk in the Charlotte, NC airport. I noticed everyone is sporting this type of small rolling carry-on these days. I know why: we need to take "stuff" with us on the plane and our shoulders are killing us with the weight! On my return thru Charlotte, I bought it and have used it several times since. Love it and now I'm a whole lot more comfortable traveling thru airport concourses. The zippered compartments are great and I don't feel like I'm going to lose anything important. Love the quilted style. It looks feminine due to the shape and quilting and, thank god, it's not pink or purple or some other silly color. Now I have lots of room under my seat as I'm less worried about losing things in a plane's n overhead compartment.
