Exclusive 3 Stage Filter Technology:
1. Ion exchange resin: Turns hard water into soft water by removing heavy metal and calcareous. In addition, it stably produces weak basic water during its life span.

Bought this as preparation for disasters or emergencies that leave you with no potable water. In Fact that it Kills E.Coli Bacteria is a great benefit. By the time we need to use it, it will probably worth the $$ spent on this Product. we should probably get a few extra filters in our Survival kit too.

Excellent Product for anyone thinking of water purification on the run. Purified Water tasted Good. portable and lightweight about 12 oz. Excellent choice for your survival bug out kit, earthquake, hurricane ... other emergency preparation. I am a freshman in College, living in a tiny dorm room in the Campus. I also have a roommate to share the small room. the space was a issue on everything, and we used to have a "Pitcher type water filter" it took up space, and I'll have to filter water and pour into a Jar to carry when I am out.
My father gave me this Purificup as a Gift a week ago, and I love it! The filtered water actually tasted better then the Pitcher we had before. it is very compact and light weight (less then a pound), easy to use. it has its own cup that I can seal and take with me when I am out. There is a special feature that works very well, the filter fits into a Re-used water bottle! so I can fill my use water bottle with PurifiCup and take a on the road. Also, when we go see our friends, we bring the PurifiCup with us, so we don't have to drink out of my friends Tap water.
Over all, We Love it! My roommate will be ordering one for herself. (I got the Green Color one, so she will be buying the cool Purple color)
Awesome Purifier, unique design! Highly Recommend for ppl who wants safe, Good tasting water on the road!

I recently went to the Ecuadorian Amazon and spent one week living in the rain forest. I went on long treks and relied on this PurifiCup to deliver drinking water from streams. The fact that I never got sick is a testament to the effectiveness of the PurifiCup. It was very simple to use, light weight & compact, size of slightly taller can of soda. no need to pump or deal with hoses... and best of all, it did not need to be "Back-flushed" to clean the filter. The water tasted great!
Overall I think it is a fantastic product that I would recommend to anyone traveling to locations where you don't know if you can trust the water.
