This is a great product for the money. It has most of the options that commercial equipment has. It did take a long time to put together. Also, the company that makes this product could not keep up with the demand so we had to wait a long time for it. Brookstone always kept in touch with us and kept giving us options to keep us happy!

I really liked this machine - BUT the squeaking, clicking could not be fixed by company techs. Lack of Routine maintenance tips and lack of grease fittings for greasing are a minus for it. For the price, I expected more.
