We decided to fry turkey's this year instead of the traditional "all day in the oven" method. Can you imagine running out of propane in the middle of frying your turkey? Well, with this little gizmo, that can NOT happen! With three different outdoor temperature grids (cold, colder, coldest) it accurately keeps you informed of how much propane is in the tank. If you think it's hard finding a grocery store open on a holiday, good luck trying to find a propane seller who's open for business! No worries with this guage! Above all, I don't want to run out of gas unexpectedly.
