You’ll know if it’s cold outside even before you get out of bed in the morning. For that matter, with the La Crosse Projection Alarm Clock, you won’t even have to turn your head. Just a quick glance at the ceiling tells you the time and temperature. The clock monitors indoor and outdoor temperature, relative humidity, and the time in hours, minutes, and seconds on a clear digital screen. Or use the projection feature to display the info on the ceiling or wall.
Use the projection arm to adjust the display toward any flat surface you can see from bed. Included sensor sends wireless signal to the station from up to 330 feet. Constantly updates as often as every 4 seconds for immediate weather information. No assembly required. Atomic time and date automatically resets to Daylight Savings Time. Alarm includes snooze function. Operates with the included AC power adapter or 4 AA Alkaline batteries (not included).

We have a Brookstone clock that is similar to this one that we were trying to replace because the outdoor sensor broke. I found this clock to be a horrible replacement and ended up returning it. The clock itself is very cheaply made and the projection was barely visible at night. In addition I found that trying to adjust the settings on the clock were extremely difficult. Not worth it in our opinion.

I bought this projector alarm clock to replace an older Brookstone projector clock whose light went out. This clock is great but the projector bulb brightness is way too dim. In a fairly dark room with a nightlight I can hardly see the projected time or outdoor temperature on the ceiling, and it not much better in complete darkness. The atomic time and self-setting is great as the display of the outdoor temperature. I would give this five stars were it not for the dim projection.
