This Pre-Lit Dunhill Fir Hinged Tree is perfect for decorating any room.
With 1838 tips on the 6 1/2' tree, 2144 tips on the 7' tree, 4026 tips on the 9' tree, 5090 tips on the 10' tree and 7794 tips on the 12' tree, it will easily hold all of your favorite decorations. Four separate sections make for easy installation. Made for indoor or outdoor use.
This tree is also fire-resistant and non-allergenic, so it's safe and will be a perfect fit for any home. All metal hinged construction (branches are attached to center pole sections) and includes sturdy folding metal tree stand.
The 6 1/2' tree contains 650 UL listed, pre-strung lights; the 7' tree contains 700 UL listed, pre-strung lights; the 9' tree contains 900 UL listed, pre-strung lights; the 10' tree contains 1200 UL listed, pre-strung lights; and the 12' tree contains 1500 UL listed, pre-strung lights. The light string features BULB-LOCK to keep bulbs from falling out - if one bulb burns out, others remain lit. Includes a 5-year tree warranty, packed in reusable storage carton. Assembly instructions included.

This is a beautiful tree and well worth the money. It's full and so lifelike. The only negative is that the first time you "fluff" the tree it takes a little time but it's so worth it. I also like how the lights were dispersed evenly throughout the tree.
