i am buying my husband his first watch for christmas. then it occurred to me that he'd probably like something to put it in--as oppposed to my jewelry box. i found this--and for the same price as the non-personalized box, so why not get it personalized?
I got his initials put on this and i must say that it looks better than i thought it would! the initials are in the center of the top of the box and a little larger than half an inch big--so it's not too drastic looking with the letters.
the collar stays are nothing fancy, but they came with the box, so who cares! i got the black box and the leather feels pretty thick and the bottom of the box is a nice black velour so it wont scratch or scuff your tables. :)
also, i purchased this when the free gift wrapping and personalization was going on--and it came nicely wrapped in dark blue tissue and a nice thick navy blue box with a silver bow.
good buy and i'm sure my husband will love it!!
