This is made of high quality leather and looks better than most valets. The one downside: most of the compartments are narrow, so you cannot fit many of the types of items you would expectt to put in a valet. For example, my husband's wallet and phone cannot lay flat in it. I also think it is expensive for what it is. Even with these minor flaws, it is better than most that I've found.
