I bought these for my father for the holidays and he LOVES them. I got him these for "situational" hearing like in restaurants or listening to the TV but he's finding that he's using them throughout the day. My mother and brothers are also commenting that they don't need to raise their voice to speak to him anymore. My little brother said he can't make jokes at his expense anymore because he can now hear them. :)
