        Color problems - I ordered this in charcoal thinking that it would be a nice medium gray color per the pictures online. I should have known better since monitor colors can vary or whatever, but it is basically a black outdoor truck mat.

        Everything else problems - I mainly bought this due to the low pile height and dirt/water capabilities, and the description says that it can be used indoors. There is no way anyone would use this indoors unless they had motocross drivers for a family or indoor farm animals at their house. In addition to how ugly it is, it also took a month to receive. This wouldn't have been so bad except that I never received any communication regarding the fact that the shipping was taking longer than to be expected, and when I contacted customer service to check on the status they were completely unhelpful and told me multiple times that my order is 'pending shipment'. I could have seen that much detail on the online order status page, thank you so much for your help. The best part of this whole debacle is that it took so long to receive that I missed the 30 day return period and now would have to exchange for store credit which I do not want. I guess I have acquired a very expensive mat to use in the event that I ever buy an old truck.
