The only problem I had with this product was shipping issues that I'm not sure whether to attribute to Brookstone or UPS. Either way, I got my chair before my move, and I couldnt be more pleased! I thought the cushions padding would be a bit fuller but it is still super comfy. I cannot feel the wood undernead the cushion like many people seem to be able to. Not sure if my rear is just not very sensitive, or if the other people posting are quite a bit heavier than I am.
I LOVE this product!! If I had more room, I'd buy more, in a heartbeat. It was the best price I could find throughout the internet. And I couldn't find one locally that wasn't emblazoned in some eyesore of an obnoxious pattern, or that didn't smell like cat urine, irish spring, and elderly hippies.
Trust me, if you buy this you won't be disappointed. The box it comes in is massive! Which will also be super helpful during my move. Thanks Brookstone for giving me 2 things that will make all this much easier and more pleasureable.

I had always wanted a papasan and was very disappointed when this one arrived.
Sadly, this was NOT comfortable at all. My sister's papasan she bought elsewhere feels like I'm floating on clouds when I'm using it. With this one, the cushion wasn't as plump and full as I was expecting, or even "gloriously thick" as described -- I could EASILY feel the wooden frame beneath me when I sat down. It just felt like it was stuffed with weak pillow stuffing not even to full capacity. I even tried to tease the cushion material to try to make it more full (while finding really thin patches in the process), but it did not help. I had to buy extra pillows to put between the frame and the cushion just to add a few degrees of comfort.
I'd return it if shipping back to the warehouse didn't cost so much money with such a gigantic box.

This chair is comfortable for curling up and hanging out. Given the position that it puts your body in, it's almost difficult to do anything other than relax and fall asleep. The cushion isn't as thick as I was hoping, and its color (the brown version) is lighter than I anticipated. It also doesn't feel sturdy will two relatively light people (270lbs together) in it. Otherwise, though, it's what I expected and a nice addition to our lounge.

Only problem is that the top part does not stay up in a good sitting position, but slides down making it tricky to sit down in it.

Had an issue with some of the nails becoming loose from the seat portion and then a couple cracks in the wood. Brookstone handled the replacement of the defective part of the chair from the manufacturer in short order.
Easy to care for and move. Is lightweight but might like it a little heavier for construction purposes.
Hopefully just a fluke in the problem I had. Had ordered two and the second one, at this point, has had no issues. Replacement has been better also.
