I received the green Obol as a birthday gift and I have used it more than I thought I would. I didn't realize how long it can take me to finish a bowl of cereal if I'm doing something else while eating it; but, an added advantage to not having to rush through the cereal before it gets soggy is better digestion and I'm not still hungry when I'm finished eating. Want your "salad dressing on the side"? Put the salad in the bottom and the dressing in the top section, and add a little at a time!

I had thought to invent this same kind of cereal bowl, so when I found it, I had to have it. It is of very high quality construction. While it works great for keeping the cereal from getting soggy, the design could be improved. The cereal compartment is too small, and the milk compartment is too deep. If you put enough milk in to be able to reach in with a spoon, you have to put too much cereal in at a time to keep it from floating away from the spoon. I guess that's because I like to scoop milk with each bite, too. The bowl is not stackable and is quite large for a cereal bowl, so it is difficult to store. The spoon that comes with the bowl is OK, but kinda awkward to use at first.

Eating cereal. Bowl and spoon are easy to hold especially with arthritic hands but best of all, no more soggy cereal! I need tlo eat slowly so this bowl is perfect and I do not waste cereal either.

Great for keeping your cereal dry until you're ready to add it to the milk. Convenient ergonomic shape of bowl and spoon conforms to your hands, but the bowl is surprisingly heavy and the ball-end of the spoon makes it difficult to keep it in the bowl without tipping out.
