The proclamation issued was for a Day of Mourning on November 25, 1963, to honor the fallen President John F. Kennedy.

The frame includes the reproduction front page along with a Copper Lincoln Cent, a Jefferson Nickel, a Silver Roosevelt Dime, a Silver Washington Quarter and a Silver Franklin Half Dollar all minted in 1963. A Certificate of Authenticity is included.
