I didn't find out a few things about the machine until I called Nespresso to complain about something, and to make an order for more pods. You MUST clean the milk canister after every use. Otherwise, you will ruin the inside metal. Also, be sure to clean the pod holder (plastic trash bin) and the drip area at least once a week- otherwise the stain will stick and you'll be scrubbing to get the stains out. If you need to re-set the machine: turn machine off, press large cup button for a few seconds, then turn machine back on. I use the machine at least twice a day to make latte's and twice more to just heat up some milk for my mom. This machine can make you an addict to latte's, cappuccino's, and macchiato's! Be sure to BE CAREFUL with the trash bin recepticle, it broke VERY EASILY just by me removing it to dispose of the pods. Also, the area where the espresso comes out of drips after you use the machine. I put a tiny cup sitting there all day, so that it won't make a mess.

It makes a perfect cup of coffee. If you like stronger or weaker coffee, it is easy to reprogram the amount of water to use.
