I may change the rating later after I can set the time/date/etc., but I'm fairly tech-savvy and this clock has me beat. The instructions for set-up are horrible and I can't do a thing with it. I would advise you to purchase this only if you love mechanical intricacies or you have a large family which gives you the odds that somebody nearby will be able to get this thing set and running.
